Digital Products and Subscriptions

Our services consist of digital content delivered electronically, including access to desk wellness routines, posture audit tools, break timers, and team dashboards. No physical goods are shipped.

Cooling-Off Period

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase for digital subscriptions. If you request a refund within this period and have not substantially used the service, we will issue a full refund.

Subscription Cancellation

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at infocenter@herbbones.world. Upon cancellation:

• Access continues until the end of the current billing period
• No further charges will be applied after cancellation
• Partial-month refunds are not provided for unused days within an active billing cycle

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Request made within the 14-day cooling-off period with minimal service usage
• Technical issues preventing access that our support team cannot resolve within 5 business days
• Duplicate or erroneous charges verified by our billing team

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

• Subscriptions cancelled after the cooling-off period where service was actively used
• Team or enterprise plans after onboarding materials have been delivered
• Promotional or discounted plans unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase

Team and Enterprise Plans

Organisational subscriptions are subject to the terms agreed at the time of contract. Early termination requests for team plans should be directed to your account manager or our partnerships team via the contact details above.
